You should definitely come prepared with general ideas of why you are interested in HRW, and the Middle East. You should be able to articulate what you have enjoyed learning in school in regards to these topics, and qualities that make you a good fit. Also, you should discuss past job experience in reference to how it helps at HRW. Qualities and experiences include studying the Middle East in school, being an independent worker who takes initiative, having research experience, and being a qualified writer. Lastly, being able to speak Arabic is a huge plus and you should discuss this and your level of Arabic.
