As with any position, day-to-day responsibilities and tasks change. Generally, one day a week will have a larger number of meetings as team members update others on their progress and the team-lead announces any relevant news or scheduling updates. Besides these meetings, you can expect most of your time will be spent at your desk completing your individual work and assignments. Usually, you will also work with another employee on your assignments and they will act as your mentor. When you have questions or need more work, you can go to them and work in collaboration with them.
