With regards to fit, be ready to speak about your accomplishments and experiences, and most importantly why you are interested in working at the SEC and specifically in that office. It may be helpful to be able to speak to certain topics you are particularly interested in and current events.
There won't be any out-of-the-box technical questions that you need to study for. Technicals were purely based on my own coursework, and they were quantitatively focused. I was asked about my statistics and programming classes.
