Former Operations Intern - Active Cosmetics Division at L'Oreal
almost 2 years ago
From my experience, you need to have drive, an open mind, and you have to be inquisitive. As I'm sure you know, L'Oreal has an intense internship program, with each intern being assigned to one major project that can have an actual impact on the company. As long as you are driven to deliver the best product/deliverable you can and work hard to do so, you will shine. Depending on your project, really get involved and ask questions so that you have the full picture on how to do your job. One thing I have found that helps to stand out is being the first one in and the last to leave to show the company and your bosses that you take it seriously and are truly trying to make an impact.
