Resarch what Dell does besides selling consumer-grade computers and peripherals. Not many applicants know that Dell is also big in the server industry and that they are the owners of VMWare.

It's important to know that a lot of what companies are looking at in sustainability is still very abstract. You're going to have to be comfortable with fielding questions and working in a situation where the answers may not be perfectly defined.

Know Michael Dell's story. If you can express admiration for the college-dropout-with-a-vision-creates-Fortune50-company, it will stroke corporate ego and make you stand out. Trust me. His story is one of the first things you will learn in training.

I would look into the company what do they do, products they are have and their core values. They asked me the question "If you have 3 buckets of clients: 1) always make business with dell 2) have made some business in the past 3) never have made business with dell. How you would approach the account set with these buckets?

Be prepared for multiple interviewers (I had 3 managers), and be prepared that each one will come at you with questions from a different angle. Be straightforward with them, know your strengths and weaknesses. Do your research on Dell by going through their website so have a clear understanding about the company as a whole.
