Much like any other interview - research the University and the College you want to teach in. Know what your background is and how it will fit into that College. Know what you bring to the table and describe how you will help the students gain more knowledge with your own experiences. Remember that an Adjunct position is there to bring in experts from outside of Academia - so know what your strengths are and how they can benefit the College, the students, and the University as a whole. You are looking to 'sell' yourself and your experience/knowledge. Have a strong CV/Resume prepared that shows your work experience, academic credits, achievements, and honors - like any job interview - be yourself!!
