I believe the most important skill for the Technology Analyst program is your ability to learn new things quickly.
They intentionally put you in projects that are not relevant to your major. For instance, I have never used JS, CSS, html and Java, but now I’m building websites and making interactive data visualizations for senior to review. Also, keep in mind that you don’t learn everything at school. Everyone needs to go through learning curves at Credit Suisse.
In order to be successful as a Technology Analyst, One must have a complete hold and understanding of one of the common Object Oriented Language that is used worldwide. Speaking of technical, it is always good to have a good understanding and ability about database systems including relational & time series databases. If one has the ability to articulate, connect, explain and a clear vision of new ideas that can improve the existing systems it becomes a cherry on the cake.
