Discuss relevant courses - you don’t have to be an accounting major (or even in the business school) for this position, but highlight how classes have taught you to think analytically, creatively, and globally. Also, any customer/client facing roles you may have had are very important to discuss, along with preparing for questions related to working with managers and colleagues. They will give you certain situations, such as: - What to do if a client contacts you or is disappointed and you can’t find your manager - How to react to tension among colleagues - A time when you have failed and had to innovate - How you deal with criticism

Some qualities and expierences that I think would be helpful in an interview with Grant Thornton would be highlighting on past client work you may have done before. The Advisory department works together in teams and one skill that is vital to be successful in this role is being able to collaborate with other peers to deliver valuable solutions to clients. This position requires you to problem solve and you must be willing to put in the work to get to your end result. It is important that you can multi-task and have strong analytical skills.
