Former Engineering Technician at VINE Laboratories, Inc.

For my interview, it was pretty casual. I only interviewed with one of the P.E.'s in his office. It was a lot of your standard questions, what are your strengths, tell me about leadership, etc. If it's a position you really want, I would recommend either explicitly saying or coming across as you are ready to work hard. The job requires long and unpredictable hours sometimes, so as long as you're willing to take that on and make that known I would imagine you have a decent shot. Definitely mention any construction or geotechincal experience you have.
