Certified Nurse Aide at Presbyterian Homes & Services

Based on my experience, I would make sure to dress to impress and come 10-15 minutes early because employers will know if you are prepared for the interview. Another suggestion would be to do some background research about the company so you have a general knowledge about their mission and who they are serving. They may ask you questions about their company and if you come prepared and have background information you will definitely impress them. Try to remember all the skills that you learned during training, clinical, and class session because it is vital during the interview process. You will be asked scenario-based questions and they want to know what you will do for each scenario. Based on your answers, they will know if you are thinking like a nurse aide. When you walk into the room, imagine yourself as a nurse aide and think like one because the interview questions are predominantly nurse aide questions and this is when you will be utilizing the skills you learned. I hope this helps and god luck!
