There is no mentorship program. The closest to a mentorship program would be the training to become a “leader” which is one step below assistant manager. If you’ve made it that far, you’re likely already successful at the company. I don’t work enough hours to be a leader and thus have no information on the program.
I don't think Gap, Inc. offers a mentorship program, but I'm not sure because I was not very interested in moving further up in the ranks since this job was just something I worked at when I was home from college. They do have some mandatory training days that help you do better at the job. I also know some of my friends who worked there are now managers, so they probably received training for that.
No, unfortunately no mentorship program is offered at Gap. But as far as training and preparing for the job, the training process is thorough and helpful, and any questions you have will definitely get answered.
I don't recall any mentorship programs. The closest we had was a program that had people become 'specialists'. The specialists report to the managers sometimes and often spend a majority of their time on one thing, like folding chinos.
