Former Instructor - Analysis of Variance and Experimental Design (Graduate Course) at Stony Brook University
over 2 years ago
I was instructor over the summer, so my experiences are slightly different than that of a regular instructor during the semester. The summer class ran from 9:30 - 1:00. I would lecture during that time, with a 15 minute break in the middle. Before coming to class, I would prepare my PowerPoint slides, review the material, and put it up on Blackboard, along with any assignments. During class, I would lecture and slowly work through examples, letting students complete the work before revealing the answer. After class, I would grade and prepare my slides for the next lecture.
