Skills I believe you need to succeed at General Dynamis Information Technology are first and foremost listening. As a Customer Service Representative you will be doing a lot of speaking regularly on the cell phone and if you are not able to listen properly during training or on the phone working, you may have a much more difficult time speaking. Additionally, being patient is another great skill I believe goes hand-in-hand with listening. Customers speak and comprehend things at different speeds and it is your job to assess the best possible way to deliver exactly what it is that you are trying to communicate to the customer. Those would be the first two skills I would urge to hone in on.
