Customer service Representative at General Dynamics Information Technology

Customer Service Representatives generally have a few supervisors on the floor at all times, but the working environment is not very stressful and/or intimidating at all. Feedback/input is always appreciated from the supervisors and there is a satisfactory sense of autonomy in my opinion.
