I think the most important skill you need to be successful at Kohl's would be a leadership background. At the end of your internship you will basically be running a team and need to have a strong leadership to lead this team and coach them. You also need to be comfortable giving and receiving feedback. There will be many time where you will have to coach members of your team and you need to feel comfortable and confident in delivering that feedback. Also, throughout the internship there will also be times where your mentors will give you feedback, you need to understand that this feedback is only to help you.
