Former Population Health and Epidemiology Intern at Cambridge Health Alliance
almost 2 years ago
A day as an intern is very dependent on the project(s) you are working on. My project gave me a lot of freedom to work from home but also go out and talk to community stakeholders, so it really depends. I did have a work station in the office where I did the majority of my work-- planning training sessions, compiling data, and typing up reports. About four days a week, I would be in the office half the day working on the above, and the other half I would be out with the high school students I was supervising to collect data. So what a day would look like is largely dependent on what your project is.
