The interview process is 3 steps. The first step is a digital logic and personality test which requires no preparation. The second step is a recorded behavioral-style interview. The best way to prepare for this is to have 5-6 situations prepared that show your leadership style and problem-solving skills in both academic and extracurricular settings. The third step is a case study interview where a packet is provided a few days beforehand. I recommend studying this for the full 2 hours recommended and pre-preparing calculations on the numbers to refer to during the interview. Be ready to take a stance on the information provided and have a clear idea of everything in the packet and what implications it has on the case.
