I think as of April 2018, starting wages are at $11 per hour plus as a CVS employee there is the employee discount which takes 20% off regular items and 30% off CVS brand items as well as the weekly sales, and employees get early access to see what is coming up in sales. There are different types of insurance and benefit package CVS offers to their employees and they are available soon after Cashiers begin employment. There are also yearly raises given to employees automatically as well as many opportunities to continue growing with CVS to further your experiences and career investments overall.

I started CVS ten years ago. At that time, I made minimum wage. Throughout the four years I work there, everyone was hired at minimum wage. I recently visited the store, and in Kansas, minimum wage is $7.25 and now they make $9.00.
