The position largely deals with data management. Bringing data in, processing, archiving, and tracking all the steps. Be prepared to talk about your organization skills and attention to detail. Any past jobs you had or projects you worked on that required you to follow a detailed process for tracking information would be a great talking point. Any jobs or projects where you were gathering, organizing, and reformatting data would also be a good talking point as well. If you don't have any background in petroleum, do a little research on wireline logging. It is the job done by third parties who will be submitting the data. Multitasking is also important, so any experience juggling multiple workflows would help. Example: Setting up a program or routine to run, then while its executing going back through and documenting the steps.
