As a Coordinator my job responsibilities were to maintain the day to day operations of the location I worked at. I worked at a restaurant so I oversaw all cast members. I had to manage the positions of all cast members, breaks, and their well-being. I also oversaw guest interactions. I dealt with guest issues that arose but I also took time to make sure that all guests that were being served were happy. Among other things, I also handled guest allergies, maintenance, and oversaw safety issues and concerns. Overall, Coordinators are there to help make sure that the operation runs smoothly and assist managers in maintaining a great work environment.
