Former Attractions Attendant at Universal Studios Orlando

I worked part-time as an attractions attendant. It's actually kind of difficult to get full time, but it can be done (it's sort of like a promotion.) During peak seasons, Attendants may have a lot of options for overtime, but as they're hourly, you shouldn't expect to work more than 40 hours unless overtime is approved. During the slow season, Attendants might actually have a hard time making the hours they want to make. Universal is incredibly flexible with scheduling, at least at a location with a lot of employees, and often accommodated my school needs well (when they couldn't, there was a big team to trade shifts with that made getting a certain day off fairly easy.) Calling in sick/personal is based on a point system which regenerates with perfect monthly attendance and was completely hassle-free.
