The interview process was more behavioral based. The best way to prepare for that is to practice thinking on the spot to tougher questions. Some examples to practice with could include:
  1. Give an example of a time you were in a leadership position and a plan you had did not go as you wanted. How did you respond?
  2. Give an example of a time when you were a member of a group or team, and a decision was made that you did not agree with? What was your reaction and the outcome of your reaction?
  3. Describe a challenge you've had to overcome while in a leadership position. How did you overcome the obstacle? What was the result?
Be prepared to use examples from your life in your answers.

Make sure to practice mock interviews with someone. Keep in mind all your professional experiences with their transferrable skills. What really helped me specifically to the well modeling position was my experience from my mechanical and structural design courses. Always make sure to sharpen your interpersonal communication skills. Last but not least, be yourself and make sure your answers are honest and make justice to your true potential.
