The most important skill is to be passionate about the job, you do not have to think you just a person who is selling popcorn and ice-cream, the benefits you get out of this job is much more than that. You have to be kind of a hard worker, especially if you assigned to work at the Magic Kingdom, since but the busiest. The person can be assigned fro 50+ or 60+ hours/week. So hard worker is a skill the person has to have, also because you work outdoor in the heat, with could be hectic for some people. The person also has show to his leaders that he/she is willing to work because they will ask many times you to extend. The person has to be not to much sensitive because sometimes the leaders' talk to you will not be fair, and the only response the person got is working harder. Also, after few months after working , if the person is working hard, he/she can be a trainer easily, and it is really good thing to show in your resume that you were a trainer at Disney, I just became a trainer.
