Former Account Management Intern at Paolucci Salling & Martin Communication Arts
over 1 year ago
As an intern, they expect good work, but not exorbitant hours. Before I was hired full time, I offered the entire week, 9 to 5, but my boss told me no, he told me that I didn't have to be working here full time. At first, I thought he just knew they wouldn't have enough work for me the whole week, but instead he told me, "We don't want to take away all your summer. This is an internship, not a job after all." In my summers there, I learned so much about the industry, but I still was able to enjoy the summer with my friends.
