Great place to work in the Hopewell/Princeton area. They have an excellent campus with all the amenities. As a premiere financial institution they spare no expense on the day to day operations.

With BAML you have 8 lines of services, Merrill Lynch, and Merrill Edge. This gives you the opportunity to move to a different sector if you want. BAML supports each individual's career goals. For example, they will help pay for your MBA, sponsor you for your series, CFP, CFA, etc. If you work hard in the company they will invest in you then you can move forward in your career. I met one person the other day who recently earned his CFA, and now he is being recruited for investment banking and private equity elsewhere.

Summer Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch

I would say it's a great place to start your career. Especially at a young age individuals in the firm want to help you discover what you like and don't like. I love that a part of my sophomore summer internship is to network with as many individuals as possible. Also, because it is such a large bank it helps you to move horizontally throughout the bank more easily.
