The reason I became a trainer was because I love to learn, teach and train. As an associate of Fulfillment Center I worked with production rates. That's the first step to develop new skills. While working to achieve production rates , I took time to help newcomers with techniques and answered their questions. Then you can get train as a process guide. Everybody has the same opportunity but I was very excited to learn as fast as I can that request the training to the managers. The next step is to become a problem solver. Problem solvers fix different situations that can't be done at the sort stations, like received products or work with the workflow spreadsheet. The warehouse were I used to work was in need of a problem solver trainer, and I toke advance of that opportunity.
As a Problem Solver you need to be able to use the computer, fast and understand the reasons behind the different programs. It is easy because you use the same ones over and over. Be able to pick up heavy items like dog food, cat litter (more than 30 pounds) frequently.
