Amazon fulfillment managers are okay, sometimes you have to stay on there case for them to do what they say they are going to do. However, they do have good benefits. You get stocks, insurance, medical leave, personal leave, and etc.

Management has always been awesome in every location I have worked. Whenever you have a question, just ask! That's why they are standing around working right along with everyone, they don't hide in an office. They always try to make sure you have what you need for your job.
You will get a LOT of support from other Problem Solvers, from upper management.... only if they know how to work Problem solve but most don't. But they will reach out to the trainers and ask for you because they do want you to succeed.
You should expect a small amount of support from management. They will give you a talk at the beginning of your shift. If you’re working in a crowded area you can expect a lot of managers and supervisors to be around to help you because if too many packages pile up then it slows down shipments. In other areas, you can expect to only see a manager or supervisor once every hour or so.
