Former Research Assistant at Northwestern University
almost 2 years ago
Look into the project you're applying for. Try to get an understanding of what kind of research is being done and why. If you feel like you need more information, you can even look at the principal investigator's Northwestern faculty page to see their previous work and publications. Don't worry too much about previous experience. These positions are intended for people with little research experience, so focus more on why you're interested in being a research assistant for that project and what you could gain from it.
