Be prepared to discuss your knowledge and understanding about your chosen field, as well as relevant experiences. You should make sure you leave the interview having answers to all your questions and having shared enough information that we can make some determinations regarding your knowledge, skills, dependability, work ethic, and interpersonal capabilities.

Come to an interview prepared with some knowledge of students with severe Learning Disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, they do use some elements of Behavior Therapy. Make sure you ask a lot of questions! The interviewers are usually the director of the program you are interviewing for or the director of special education.
