Personal Trainer at Arizona State University

Consistently thinking about how I can improve the standard and quality of service to my clients through my application of experience and knowledge. As a Personal Trainer a major component of my job is providing education, the "why" behind an exercise regimen, movement, etc. After every session I have with my clients I'm always reflecting on how I could of done things better, because one of the beautiful aspects of being a Personal Trainer is being able to adapt what you know to the unique characteristics of your client, and this of course is a process of trial and error at times. After a session I'll likely be taking notes and reflecting on how my client performed. Being able to reflect on and adapt each session as nessesary due to changing variables is an important step in the process of making my clients physical ambitions become reality. I'm constantly using measurements and recorded information acquired during sessions to determine the optimal path for my clients. If I'm not communicating and interacting with current clients, I'm likely reaching out to potential clients who have expressed interested in Personal Training.
