Organization – often times you are on 1-4 clients and you are expected to manage your own workload and transition between clients seamlessly.
Flexibility – hours can vary as well as your commute. Busy season requires a lot of dedication in terms of hours during the week and on weekends. You are expected to be able to commute to clients anywhere from 15 minutes – 2 hours away from your home office.
Teamwork – you are usually on multiple engagement teams at one time so you have to be able to adapt to a bunch of new environments and work with many different people of all levels at the firm.
Professionalism – all clients vary in terms of their professionalism but you are always expected to maintain a professional environment and represent the firm while at client sites.
