I'd say just be ready to talk about your experience with editing, even if it's grading student essays or something. Studying up on the Chicago manual of style is a good idea, in addition to Strunk and White. The test you have to take us pretty comprehensive, so study up before you interview.

Make it very known to the interviewer that you know how to, and can, pay very close attention to detail. Call Out any relatable experience to editing, copy editing, or anything even remotely related. Study up on common punctuations, and symbols used when editing.
