Every day you'll be working on your fitness for your students. It is important to be able to do all the exercises you're going to teach them. Therefore, you need your fitness level to be higher. Your classes are an hour longest either in the mornings and/or evening. You want to fuel yourself up with good food so that you'll have enough energy to teach a class at any early or late hour. An hour or two prior to class, I'll write down all of the exercises for the class(es). Then I'll get my playlist together.
