As an Account Manager you will work with Silver Rank and above distributors and help them manage their own accounts as well as helping resolve any issues for their downline. You will primarily interact via email and phone calls. Very rarely, but occasionally a leader will want to meet face to face in the office, or via Skype. The majority of your day is spent answering emails and phone calls regarding questions/concerns about placement strategy, commissions, compliance, or products.
You also will maybe do one "strategy call" a day which last from about 30-45 minutes where you work with a distributor to make a plan for getting them to advance to the next rank.
When emails/phone calls are slow, we are encouraged to work on personal development items or engage with co-workers. This can include self-help or leadership development type books, relevant TED talks, studying products, learning a new system report to utilize, etc.
