Pretty easy, laid back, chill. Usually you just jump in on the tray prep line where you’re needed. For me it was usually at the end where I double checked that everything was on the tray and then I loaded up around ten trays and took them up on the elevator and delivered them. Around 6:30 the kitchen closed and no more trays were delivered. So after that we just cleaned the kitchen and made sure everything was prepped for the next day.
