I have an interview coming up at J.P. Morgan to be a document processor. If anyone has done this interview, what would you say are essential qualifications to highlight?

Since it was mainly an entry level position, any experience that shows you can work hard and are reliable will be valuable to the interviewer. The job interview asked questions that were readily answerable in the STAR format, so always be ready for those types of interviews. Also, it wouldn't hurt to emphasize any skills in computers and customer service, since you will be dealing with a lot of phone calls as a Subpoena Processor.
