Year 1 - learning the a/v systems, developing relationships with vendors, figuring out the "sound" of the venue(s). Hone your technical skills. Become a brand ambassador for the company.
Year 2 - develop standard operating procedures for the a/v/ systems, instruct management on how to use them and support those systems when necessary. Continue to develop a musical catalog for the venue(s). Continue to practice.
Year 3 - Find unique ways to use your talents to bring business into the venue in an impactful way. Develop relationships with artists that you support.
Year 4 and Beyond - Talk to leadership about coordinating major events with national musical talent and include additional elements (i.e. - fashion, art, food, libations). Everything complements each other.
