You get to choose your open hours - this may be different each day depending on what works for you and what hours they may need you to work. Arrive to work with ample time before your first session to set up your workout station or studio room. Greet your client either downstairs where they enter, or when they walk upstairs (where training sessions happen) go through your routine, be nice, friendly, and flexible. Have a plan for measuring success with your client and make sure to check in on that every month at least. Continue this for every booked session you have. During free time, consider getting in a workout yourself, or writing up workouts and schedules for other clients or classes. Have fun and get to know the team!
