In an interview with Deloitte, highlight leadership roles you have emphasized and relate everything back to working successfully in a team and valuing people. They have a huge emphasis on making sure they recruit personable people and so it is much less about the accomplishments on your resume and much more about how you talk about them and relate them to match the company values. I would recommend going to the Deloitte site prior to an interview and accustoming yourself with the values of you firm so you can touch on how you share those.
