Aside from the basics such as being diligent, punctual, etc, I would say the most important qualities and experiences that you could highlight would be the ability to write pieces that are creative and new, and experience in healthy living. Copywriting can get monotonous, and especially if you're writing for the same website week after week, there is a strong tendency for all the articles to start sounding the same. Being able to write creatively shows that you will be able to make each article unique and eye-catching. Experience in healthy living (dieting, fitness, mindset) is also helpful because that is a lot of what Fitlife.tv stands for. Previous (and preferably published) writing experience is also likely recommended. They will ask for a sample, so check out their site and see if you have something similar to what they showcase.

This is a valid question but the owner never interviewed me. He was someone I knew from a coworking space so I didn't have a formal interview. I do know that he hired me because I'm a hard worker, an excellent communicator, and an industrious person so being able to demonstrate that would get you in the door, that and having relevant work experience you can at the least do a skill transfer of. If you had asked about Stony Creek Colors I would tell you to have examples of how you've been flexible in the past but able to make things happen. Stony Creek is an extremely unique but small company so being able to wear different hats and adapt to changes quickly will make or break you, especially if you aren't able to be excited and laugh off the stress.
