The recruitment processs is a series of 2 interviews and 2 cognitive tests.
The first interview is virtual- so you’re not speaking face to face with someone. It evaluates behavioral skills as well as general knowledge about sales— worth doing some research on what makes a good salesperson.
Afterwards, tech sales people are given 2 cognitive tests that test general quantitative reasoning skills. No coding- just numbers. Easy to do well on with basic math skills.
If all goes well, there’s a second and final interview with a manager who will definitely ask you to sell them a random object. Take time to practice this and develop a methodology behind your sales pitch.
