The interview process was pretty simple! The manager there gave me a tour of the facility and asked me about my specific experience working in the fitness industry. At the time, I had been teaching classes at Wright State and was also in the process of getting my group fitness certification. I would go prepared to answer any question about your work history and definitely have a clear answer in mind about why you want to work there.
