State Administrative Manager

This professional position will serve as Assistant Director of the Authority Finance Division, Finance Section within the Bureau of State and Authority Finance. This position will direct and monitor work activities pertaining to providing bond issuance and loan related services for the Michigan Finance Authority including the following programs: State Revolving Funds Programs Public School State Aid Note Program, Local Government Loan Program, Public School Academy Long-Term Financing Program, Public School Academy State Aid Note Program, Higher Education Facilities Long-Term Financing Program, Healthcare Facility Long-Term Financing Program, Tobacco Settlement Financing, Student Loan Financing Programs, State Building Authority and, any other similar programs housed within the Bureau. This position will provide financial management oversight which contributes significantly to the achievement of the mission, goals, and objectives of the Authority Finance Division, the Bureau of State and Authority Finance, and the Michigan Department of Treasury.
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
