Receptionist / Office Assistant
RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT (ENTRY-LEVEL)
Part-time to full-time flexible hours (15-40 hours you choose your days) office support in-person located next to Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieving and editing company records, documents and reports
- Communication with clients via phone and email
- Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with basic filing and organization of financial statements and other documents
- Providing general office support, including data entry and light clerical tasks
- Support in the integration of Salesforce and other technologies
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in an office setting (ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE)
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a timely manner

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
