Photography/ Videography Lead

Department Description 

UW Recreation is a department within the Division of Student Life. We provide safe, accessible, and dynamic recreation experiences to engage students in growth and wellbeing. UW Recreation serves over one million students, faculty, and staff each academic year through informal and formal recreation, including fitness and sports classes, intramural and club sports, outdoor education, mindfulness programs, and more.

Job Description  
Under the supervision of Assistant Director for Marketing and Staff Development, the photography/ videography lead is responsible for shooting and editing video for UW Recreation. Examples of duties include: shooting program and event documentation, videography for marketing materials, editing video, and collaboration on media projects with the UW Recreation Creative Team. * 

*Should skills allow, sometimes the photographer and videographer positions can be combined.

Minimum Qualifications 

University of Washington matriculated student. 

Experience with videography and related editing software.
