Located in beautiful Truckee, California, Tahoe Forest Church (TFC) is situated on 52 acres bordering the pristine Truckee River. The Tahoe Resident Leadership Program (TRLP) develops and guides aspiring Christian leaders through experiential ministry training.

We are accepting applications for our 2025 Pastor-in-Training (PIT) positions (worship, kids, youth, creative arts, and adult ministries). The PIT is the main component of the Tahoe Resident Leadership Program and exists to grow and guide aspiring leaders in their faith with God and their role in ministry.  The PIT program develops and equips the next generation of church leaders through experiential ministry training and provides participants with professional skills for planning, organizing, and developing Christian ministries. Our Pastors in Training experience a unique perspective into vocational ministry. This is accomplished through real leadership roles on the team serving alongside pastors and ministry leaders. Other facets of the PIT program include learning, service, mission trips, and spiritual mentorship.
