Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a FALL INTERN to join our ASPIRUS HEALTH FOUNDATION team!
 

The Aspirus Health Foundation Intern is designed to provide college students with an opportunity to develop professional skills and gain experience while working with Aspirus Health’s Foundation team, assisting with projects and events. The intern will support day-to-day administrative duties relating to fund raising initiatives and special events as assigned.  

HOURS: Occasional/Non benefited (Typically, 30+ hours depending on the department). 

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of database standards and procedures normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma. Currently pursuing business administration, business management, non-profit management or related degree.
• Experience in an office environment involving interaction with the public and other professionals required.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
• Previous work with volunteers preferred.
• Prior experience with database management programs preferred.
• Possesses good communication skills, the ability to prioritize, the ability to work independently, and accuracy and timeliness in all work products.
• Possesses ability to multitask and effectively manage concurrent projects.
• Possesses familiarity with development and fundraising practices and procedures.
• Possesses ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with volunteers, donors, and staff.
