About Us

We are an innovative EduTech startup focused on transforming how children in Pre-K through 5th

grade learn core subjects—through the power of music, creativity, and engaging analog experiences.

As we gear up for launch, we’re assembling a dynamic team to help us scale impact, visibility, and

subscriptions.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a savvy, creative, and driven college student or recent graduate who’s passionate

about technology, education, and digital marketing. If you’re skilled in CRM systems, email marketing,

and subscriber acquisition—and excited to contribute to an early-stage mission-driven startup—this is

your moment.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow our CRM database (e.g., segment leads, monitor engagement, optimize outreach)

- Identify target audiences and develop smart strategies to attract and convert subscribers

- Craft innovative and engaging marketing emails to boost signups, drive retention, and communicate

our value

- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions

- Collaborate closely with the founders on launch and outreach strategy

Ideal Candidate Has

- Experience with CRM tools like Fluent, HubSpot, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

- Strong copywriting skills with a flair for fun, engaging messaging

- A data-driven mindset with basic analytics know-how

- Creativity and initiative—able to suggest and test new ideas

- Passion for education, learning, or EdTech is a big plus
