As summer is our busiest season, we’re expanding our team with passionate individuals who can support both in-store operations and our growing online presence.

Position Overview

This part-time summer opportunity is ideal for students, athletes, or fashion-forward individuals who are passionate about sports and customization. As a Summer Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in both our physical store and online retail operations, including cataloging new products, managing inventory, and supporting social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

🛍️ In-Store Sales & Customer Service:

• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
   
• Guide shoppers through apparel options, customization features, and sizing
   
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing sales floor
  
   

📦 Cataloging & Inventory Management:

• Photograph and catalog new products and custom pieces for the online store
   
• Write product descriptions and upload listings to Shopify (or other platform)
   
• Track in-store and online inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
   
• Assist with organizing, tagging, and prepping merchandise for display or shipment
   
• Prepare and package online orders for fulfillment
  
   

📱 Social Media & Content Support:

• Assist with styling and shooting content (photos/videos) for Instagram, TikTok, etc.
   
• Capture behind-the-scenes and new arrival highlights
   
• Collaborate on campaigns that promote custom orders or seasonal collections
   
• Engage with followers through comments or DMs when needed
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in sports, fashion, or e-commerce
   
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
   
• Comfortable with phones, photography, and basic online tools
   
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn new tasks
   
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
   
• Available to work a flexible summer schedule, including weekends
