Location: Miami, FL (On-site only)

Duration: Summer Internship (Full-Time, ~10–12 weeks)

The Role:
We are seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 with a strong interest in automation and artificial intelligence to support the digital transformation of our internal processes. You will work closely with our team to identify bottlenecks, build custom tools, and implement AI-enhanced solutions to improve efficiency across the company.
This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop scripts and mall-scale software solutions to automate office workflows
- Build internal tools to streamline data handling, reporting, and communication
- Integrate and experiment with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API) to solve real-world business problems
- Collaborate with engineering and operations staff to understand process pain points
- Document your solutions clearly for continued use and future development
- Deliver solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and accelerate internal decision-making
Example Project:
Create a script that pulls data from multiple internal spreadsheets, summarizes trends using OpenAI’s language models, and auto-generates weekly reports for the operations team—eliminating hours of manual work.
Qualifications:
- At least two years into a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills (preferably Python or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with APIs, automation libraries, or AI platforms
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take initiative
- Working with software currently being used to improve efficiency
